Pteron is a multidisciplinary studio at the intersection of art, fashion and design. Directed by, and in close dialog with, founder and artist Victor Olafsson.
Named after the ancient architectural term for an external colonnade surrounding a construction, Pteron creates the passage between Olafsson’s personal work and his collaborative projects. Further, the word Pteron, meaning ‘wing’ or ‘feather’, underlines the free spirited vision and dynamic evolvement of the brand.
